We send all of our packages with a “track and trace” courier service, which allows your package to be tracked online. 

UK Customers:

Due to Brexit, orders to the UK may be subject to import customs charges. You will be required to pay this to the courier before delivery if applicable. Orders placed before 2 pm (Mon–Fri) will be delivered next working day*

*Delivery times to remote areas may vary.

B2C Europe sends our packages through local couriers in your country (Hermes, La Poste, GLS, DPD etc.). After your package is shipped. You are able to track your order through a track and trace code. If you want to have more information on the status of your package. You can contact the local courier where your package is sent with.

For orders under £ 22.50, we charge £ 4.22.

Collect your parcel

You can now select our new delivery method, “Collect your parcel”. This service gives you the freedom and comfort to pick up your order at any time from one of our Click & Collect points.

Thanks to this shipping method, you won't have to stay at home to wait for your order. Simply choose the collection location that suits you best. 

This shipping method is only available in the following countries:

• Netherlands
• Spain
