Can I order products from outside of Europe?

No, we do not ship any parcels outside Europe.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following methods of payment:

  • MasterCard
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Giropay (Germany)
  • SOFORT Banking (Germany)
  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

My payment has not gone through, what should I do?

If the payment turns out to be unsuccessful, please contact our customer service. Our employees provide quick and discreet handling. The e-mail address is [email protected] and phone number +41 61 588 03 13. You can find a full list of all available payment options on our Payment Methods page, in the footer of our website. When paying via bank wire transfer, don't forget to include your order number which starts with B00.

Can I pay with my prepaid credit card?

Unfortunately, our payment provider does not accept prepaid credit cards.

My order has been cancelled/the credit card payment failed, what should I do?

Unfortunately, we could not capture the (total) amount from your credit card for unknown reasons. The CC provider will never pass on the reason for privacy reasons. If the amount has been "debited" from your account, your CC provider will refund the amount within their statutory period. We advise you to place a new order and try to pay with a different payment method.

I would like to make a bank transfer payment, is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Make sure you’re doing an international (SEPA) transfer. Our bank information is:

  • IBAN: NL61 INGB 0388 5835 41
  • Swift/Bic: INGBNL2A *
  • Bank name: ING Bank

*Do not forget to insert your order reference B00XXXXX in the subject of your bank wire. 

The transfer of the bank payment can take up to 1–2 working days; you will receive an email if your payment has been accepted.
